Amnesia

Calling frequently up, she kept in touch with me in high rhythmic notes. Charming voice, beautiful structure and good dealings attracted me. Once, she asked some genuine doubts connected to a conversation, held two years ago. Noise from her enquired about tone of heart and raised doubts on my life-style and habits. ”No, it is just a story, not ultimate truth” and I appreciated her nice interest. Thanks retorted. I applauded her memory power. And I reminded that two years were not just a short span of time. Then in between some calls and a number of meetings we became lovers. She promised to take an oath, to live together from next new year day. And I entrusted her:” If I forget please remind me”. Fortunately she fixed new year meeting at our university campus. I dreamed a lot in that day and night. In eleventh hour she postponed the appointment. I was unable to push back some hours. She promised to meet next day. We met with extreme love and respect. I took some mental preparation to take the Oath. She started talking. I enjoyed very much. Her interesting monologue carried exclusive news of marriage fixing, exploded in my heart. She beseeched my pardon for not meeting on new year. She was busy with her marriage fixing on the day. I could not clearly write about the memory power, which has lost control over she and me. Pieces of advice profusely chirruped. Familiarity fumbled. ( who lost the memory? Me? or she?) It is, surly, amnesia of days, not years.
